Crunches and sit ups are not the way to go when you are looking for that elusive six pack abs or entising midrift. Start by doing static holds to increase the strength of your lower back and abdominal muscles and remember, the abdominal muscles are connected to the rest of the body so isolating them and training them is useless for a full body health and fitness experience.
