Here is a cool ketlebell/tabata workout.

It is tops so go give it a bash and let me know what you felt after this one!

5 Rounds of:

Do each exercise after the other and repeat the circuit 5 times. This will be a total of 20 minutes. 20 Seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

Kettlebell high pulls (left/right)

Kettlebell cleans (left/right)

Kettlebell snatch (left/right)

Kettlebell push press (left/right)
