“Think it and it will come true”

Hi all, today is just going to be a very short but very powerful post. It is the start of the silly season so it is even more important to stick to your guns when it comes to your fitness goals.

This is a small little Jedi mind trick that might just be the difference between reaching your fitness goals or not.

Never say you you want something. If you focus on wanting something, say, you want to look like Kim Kardashian, your mind just focus on what you do not have. Rather focus on the idea that you already have it. This is slightly complicated but you can write it off to this: If you make your mind believe that you already have something, it gets kind off confused on what is real and what is not, seriously! All you need to do is close your eyes and think of “that you already have” and believe it or not, you will have it.

It sounds silly but it is worth a try, you don’t have to tell anybody you are doing this, so it is a little experiment you can do and believe me, you will see the results.

Just close your eyes and believe you look and feel the way you want to, 2 minutes in the morning, 2 minutes in the afternoon and then again 2 minutes in the evening.

Come on, go on and do this, you will be amazed!
