“Saturday workout”

We are all pressed for time, but on Saturdays we would like to be in and out of the gym in no time so that we can spend the rest of the day with family and friends.

This workout will take you about 25 minutes, not bad for a workout that will make you burn fat for the rest of the day!

Do this:

5 Thrusters

10 Mountain climbers

5 Reverse lunges each side

Now rest for 30 seconds and do this again…..for 20 rounds.

Enjoy the sweat!
